In
Guadeloupe the only public transport is by taxi and bus.
Bus
schedules and destinations revolve around the needs of the Guadeloupean
population. There is a relatively high frequency in the early morning
and evening to go and return from work. During the day it can be more
difficult. Tourist destinations inland are poorly or not served.
Hitch-hiking
works relatively well.
Since
your bare skin will not be able to stand the beach sun day after day,
we recommand that you take a car rental for at least part of your stay
